Dr. Nerissa Nankissoor

Dr. Nerissa Nankissoor is originally from Edmonton, Albertawhere she obtained her Honors Bachelor’s of Science degree at the University of Alberta, majoring in Cellular Biology. Shethen completed medical at the University College Dublin in Ireland, prior to completing her Family Medicine residency training in Regina, Saskatchewan. During her residency training, Dr. Nankissoor completed the CanREACH-SK Mini-Fellowship in child and youth mental health. Dr. Nankissoor enjoys all aspects of Family Medicine but particular areas of interest include pediatric mental health (ADHD, anxiety, depression, etc), Women’s Health (including IUD and Nexplanon insertion), and trans and gender diverse care.
